5 Festival Days Finished and 2 Days Off- Ye-hey!

We finished our first five days of the festival. It was a success and we had a lot of interest from the crowds and we have many fans.  Dancing two shows a day was hard, but   we know they liked our dance because they were smiling and happy to watch us and then want to try the Tinikling. It was hard to teach them because it was hot, we were tired from the dance and there were so many people lined up to try. They were O.K at dancing. Some people fell and some could not follow the tempo or steps. There were others who had already tried the dance in their schools and did the dance well.

We also help at the Kids Corps tent. We teach kids Filipino games like planting rice. The kids are naughty because they don't always follow our directions. Even though, they are still happy and like our games. Adults even try the plating rice game! We are very busy teaching games, dancing and sharing cooking, but we keep trying. The rain was nakakatakot dahil sobrang lakas and it was very sudden. We ran to the nearest museum to take shelter.
